LOCATION

LOG CENTER ADRIA is situated in the city of Sežana, directly on the Slovenian-Italian border, in an existing industrial and logistics hub with high quality highway transport and cargo connection. It is a proven location for international producers and trade companies (Alfa Street, Pacorini,Adria Terminali), logistics providers, and retailers (TEDi) who all benefit from the proximity to the port of Koper and port of Trieste.

Easy connection to the European highway network is provided by two direct highway exits linked to E60 and E71.

The directly neighbouring Fernetti intermodal train terminal is on the one hand the point of entry/exit for trucks coming from or going to Turkey through the RO-RO shipping system of the port of Trieste. On the other hand it offers regular train connections to Austria (Wels, Salzburg), Germany (München, Köln, Ludwigshafen), Czech Republic (Ostrava) and Luxembourg (Bettembourg), using container, ROLA and ISU transport systems

The existing train infrastructure will be further improved by the new Divača  train rail to the port of Koper with completion planned by the end of 2025.

The Port of Koper, located 35 km (25 min) from LOG CENTER ADRIA, represents an import/export point for merchandise transported between Slovenia, Austria, Southern Germany, CEE and SEE countries on the one side and various Far East Countries including China, South Korea and Japan on the other side.
