Project
LOG CENTER ADRIA, strategically located in the municipality of the city Sežana next to the highway and so in the immediate vicinity of the Port of Koper and Port of Trieste, is an A class industrial and logistics park development totaling approx. 120.000 m² of usable area.
Its advantageous location makes the park an ideal distribution hub for domestic but mostly international and trans continental logistics providers, end-users, automotive manufacturers and suppliers as well as e-commerce companies.
One of the buildings in LOG CENTER ADRIA will be occupied by the German retailer TEDi who will establish there its first logistics and distribution center outside of Germany:
